A baby girl has become the first infant born in Israel during the start of the Jewish New Year 5787. The delivery took place at the Poriya North Medical Center. According to the medical staff present, the mother underwent a natural birth procedure without the use of any pain relief medication. Tahrir Masalha, the shift supervisor and deputy midwife, commended the mother for her exceptional cooperation and composure throughout the duration of the labor process. This event marks the inaugural birth recorded in the country for the new calendar year.
