To qualify, applicants must be at least 18 years old and currently enrolled in or have graduated within the last two years from an undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral program. Furthermore, candidates are required to demonstrate fluency in at least one of the organization's primary working languages, which include English, French, or Spanish.
