A 30-year-old Singaporean man sustained severe injuries after exiting a moving taxi and falling from the Si Rat Expressway in Bangkok on October 26. The taxi driver reported that the passenger exhibited signs of distress and agitation shortly after departing from Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Throughout the trip, the individual provided inconsistent instructions, repeatedly urging the driver to continue without designating a specific destination. The situation escalated when the passenger insisted on leaving the vehicle while it was on the elevated roadway. Following the incident, the man was discovered unconscious near the Makkasan area and was subsequently transported to Rajavithi Hospital for urgent medical treatment. Authorities were alerted to the passenger's erratic behavior by the driver, who contacted emergency services via a traffic radio station shortly before the fall occurred.
