The Saudi Ministry of Interior reported that security forces apprehended 14,796 individuals for breaking residency, labor, and border security statutes between September 3 and September 9. This operation, conducted through coordinated inspections, resulted in the detention of 7,504 residency law violators, 3,783 border security offenders, and 3,509 labor law breaches. Among those detained, 1,273 people were intercepted while attempting to enter the Kingdom illegally, primarily consisting of Yemeni and Ethiopian nationals. Additionally, 25 individuals were caught trying to exit the country without authorization. Following these enforcement actions, authorities have already deported 12,057 illegal residents, while 18,677 other violators have been directed to their respective diplomatic missions to process necessary travel documentation for their departure.
